Ingredients:

1 lb carrots (5-6 medium), peeled and shredded
3/4 cup raisins
1 8 oz carton low-fat vanilla yogurt

Carrot-Raisin Salad

Method:
  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the carrots, raisins and vanilla yogurt
  2. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
