Ingredients:

8 ounces pasta (spaghetti, linguine or angel hair)
1 lb assorted seafood (may be calamari, shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, flaked fish)
1 lb tomatoes, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt and pepper (or to taste)

Method:
  1. Boil pasta in large quantity of water until al dente. Drain well.
  2. Saute next 5 ingredients to form tomato mixture.
  3. Add seafood, then quickly toss with pasta.
  4. If seafood is raw, cook with tomato mixture. If seafood is cooked, add it to mixture at last minute to heat.
