Ingredients:

4 pork loin chops, cut 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp snipped parsley
1/4 tsp chopped chives
1/8 tsp tarragon leaves

Broiled Pork Chops

Method:
  1. Place pork chops in a broiler pan and broil at moderate temperature for 10 minutes, turn and continue broiling for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, parsley, chives and tarragon. Brush with mustard mixture and broil for 5 more minutes.
  3. Turn, brush second side with mustard mixture and continue broiling for 5-10 minutes or until done.
    Serves: 4
