| Ingredients: 4 pork loin chops, cut 1 to 1 1/4
inches thick
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp snipped parsley
1/4 tsp chopped chives
1/8 tsp tarragon leaves |
Broiled Pork Chops |
Method:
- Place pork chops in a broiler pan and broil at moderate temperature for 10 minutes, turn
and continue broiling for 10 minutes.
- Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, parsley, chives and tarragon. Brush with mustard mixture
and broil for 5 more minutes.
- Turn, brush second side with mustard mixture and continue broiling for 5-10 minutes or
until done.
