Ingredients:2
pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 pkg. (12 oz.) pound cake, cut into 10 slices
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 pt. fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)
2 tbsp. sugar
2-1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed & divided |

Method:
- Arrange cake slices in bottom of 13x9-inch pan; drizzle with juice. Top with berries;
sprinkle with sugar.
- Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping; spoon over berries.
- Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as
desired.
- Tip: Make ahead. This recipe is great for a crowd and is even better when prepared the
night before.
