| Ingredients: 8 oz linguini, fettucini, spaghetti or
any other pasta
6 oz beef, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
10 oz fresh asparagus spears
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste |
Beef With Pasta

Method:
- Cook pasta in large amount of boiling water, lightly salted for about 10 minutes or
until tender. Drain pasta well
- Meanwhile steam asparagus just till tender. Drain well.
- In a small bowl, combine cheese, yogurt, wine and melted butter.
- To this, add asparagus, beef, salt, pepper and stir well. Toss with pasta. A pinch of
roasted ground garlic adds extra zest.
Serves: 4-6
