Ingredients:

8 oz linguini, fettucini, spaghetti or any other pasta
6 oz beef, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
10 oz fresh asparagus spears
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Beef With Pasta

Method:
  1. Cook pasta in large amount of boiling water, lightly salted for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain pasta well
  2. Meanwhile steam asparagus just till tender. Drain well.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cheese, yogurt, wine and melted butter.
  4. To this, add asparagus, beef, salt, pepper and stir well. Toss with pasta. A pinch of roasted ground garlic adds extra zest.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 20-30 minutes
