boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1/2 lb.), cut into thin strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1/3 cup original barbecue sauce
1 cup 2% milk shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded non-fat mozzarella cheese |
Barbecued Chicken Pizza

Method:
- Spray a large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Add chicken, green pepper and onion;
cook on medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Place crust on cookie sheet. Spread with barbecue sauce. Top with chicken mixture and
cheese.
- Bake at 400� F for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden
brown.
