| Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust
2 medium bananas, thinly sliced
3/4 cup skim milk
1 8 oz container nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
Banana & strawberry slices for garnishing |
Banana Pudding Pie

Method:
- Line the crust with thinly sliced bananas.
- In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, thoroughly blend milk, vanilla yogurt and
vanilla pudding.
- Spread this mixture over bananas and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Arrange sliced bananas and strawberries on the top and serve chilled
