| Ingredients: 3 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
2 shallots or green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup apple cider or juice |

Method:
- Combine shallots, parsley, salt and pepper; stir well. Pat onto both sides of pork chops
and place chops in a lightly greased baking pan.
- Drizzle butter over chops; cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven; uncover and drain drippings. Pour cider over chops; bake uncovered for
an additional 30 minutes or until done.
