Ingredients:

4 flour tortillas (10-inch) cut into strips
1 lb cooked pork or chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
3/4 cup shredded Mexican mixed cheese
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (7 oz) salsa

Tortilla Salsa Casserole

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine tortillas, pork or chicken, corn, soup and salsa.
  2. Pour into 2-quart glass baking dish and top with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
    Makes 4 servings.
