(11-oz.) can whole kernel corn, red and green peppers
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 (1.25-oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 cup thick 'n chunky salsa |
Salsa Corn Dip

Method:
- In a microwave-safe 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover.
Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
- Stir before serving. Serve with corn chips.
- Tips: To prepare on top of stove, combine all ingredients in medium saucepan; mix well.
Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring
occasionally.
