Ingredients:12 flour tortillas
To be mixed into a stuffing:
100 gms grated cottage cheese
50 grams grated cooking cheese
1 green chili, chopped
1 tomato without the pulp
2 tbsps cooked corn
Red & green bell peppers (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking |
Quesadillas

Method:
- When you want to serve, spread a little stuffing on one tortilla. Put another tortilla
on top and press well so that they stick. Cook on a tava (griddle) spreading a little oil
on both sides. Cook until crisp.
- Cut into pieces and serve hot.
Makes 12 quesadillas
