cups white rice
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt

Method:
- Prepare rice as directed on package.
- Add butter to rice; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
- Tip: Substitute 1 tbsp. grated orange peel for 1-1/2 tsp. each grated lemon and lime
peels.
