Ingredients:

2 cups white rice
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt

Lemon & Lime Rice

Method:
  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Add butter to rice; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
  3. Tip: Substitute 1 tbsp. grated orange peel for 1-1/2 tsp. each grated lemon and lime peels.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
