Ingredients:2
ripe avocados
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Cut the avocados in halves. Remove the centers and mash with a fork.
- Add the lemon juice to prevent darkening and then mix in the remaining ingredients and
mash with the back of a fork.
- Serve cold as a dip with crackers, corn chips, vegetables etc.
