Ingredients:

Few tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 tbsp mozaralla cheese
1 onion, chopped
Refried beans
1 tbsp oil
Spices like oregano, basil, etc
Olives and jalapenos for garnishing

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, some spices and fry for a while.
  2. Then add beans and cheese. Fry for another 1 minute.
  3. In a separate pan, place some oil and fry the tortillas. Remove and drop in enchilada sauce. Keep aside.
  4. Transfer the above mixture on to the enchilada and add grated cheese, jalapenos and olives.
