can (15 oz.) chili with beans 1/2 cup water 1 cup white rice, uncooked 6 flour tortillas (6 inch) Shredded cheddar cheese (optional) Chopped tomato (optional) Sliced green onions (optional)
Chili & Rice Wraps
Method:
Bring chili and water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low
heat for 5 minutes.
Spoon 1/3 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, tomato and green
onions.
Fold up sides to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
