| Ingredients: 1 cup fresh or frozen
sliced strawberries
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. sugar, or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil |
Strawberry Vinaigrette

Method:
- In the work bowl of food processor or blender, puree strawberries until smooth.
- Add vinegar, sugar and pepper until combined.
- Gradually add olive oil and mix until well blended. Chill until ready to serve.
Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
- This strawberry vinaigrette "dresses up" your favorite spinach salad and makes
a great pour over sauce for vanilla ice cream.
Makes about 1 cup
