| Ingredients: 1/3 cup fresh rosemary
leaves
1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsps fresh thyme
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. each salt and cracked black pepper |
Rosemary Citrus Herb Rub

Method:
- Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Process all ingredients until zest and garlic are finely chopped and all ingredients are
blended well.
- Refrigerate until ready to use. This fresh citrus and herb rub complements leg of lamb,
lamb chops, pork and poultry.
