Ingredients:

1/3 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
2 tbsps fresh thyme
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. each salt and cracked black pepper

Rosemary Citrus Herb Rub

Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process all ingredients until zest and garlic are finely chopped and all ingredients are blended well.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use. This fresh citrus and herb rub complements leg of lamb, lamb chops, pork and poultry.
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
