3 cups pasta
1 capsicum (chopped)
2 onions (chopped)
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
4-5 tbsp pasta sauce or tomato puree
3 tbsp oil
1 cube of chicken stock
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander leaves for garnishing
water for boiling pasta
Method:
1. Pressure cook the pasta for 6-7 mins.
2. Heat oil in pan,add onions and saute till turns brown.
3. Add capsicum and fry for 2 mins.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan.
5. Fry all for 5 mins,then drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
