| Ingredients: 1/3 cup fresh rosemary
leaves
2 tbsps fresh thyme leaves
2 tbsps fresh parsley
1 tbsp. fresh sage leaves
1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cracked black pepper |

Method:
- Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Process all ingredients until zest and garlic are finely chopped and all ingredients are
blended well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Great on poultry or pork.
- Herb rubs for meat and poultry ensure full flavor and juiciness. This zesty blend is
perfect for your holiday turkey and for everyday chicken and pork dishes, too.
- For use on holiday turkey: Rub under skin of 10-12 lb. turkey prior to baking. If
desired, brush exterior of turkey with olive oil for added flavor and color.
