| Ingredients: 1 pasteurized egg
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, peeled |
Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

Method:
- Place egg in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add oil in steady stream until well combined. Add remaining ingredients to blender.
Blend until well combined.
- Chill for several hours or overnight before serving. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
- The versatility of the olive oil makes it a great addition not only to sauces and pastas
but to light-bodied salad dressings as well.
- For a Classic Caesar Salad, simply toss with crisp, Romaine lettuce, garlic croutons,
fresh grated Parmesan cheese and sliced anchovy filets.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
