fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil |

Method:
- In work bowl of food processor or blender, process basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic and
salt until a paste forms.
- With the machine running, add oil in a steady stream until evenly blended.
- Perfect pesto partners
* Toss with favorite pastas such as angel hair, linguine or ravioli. Serve warm or
chilled.
* Use to baste meat, poultry or seafood when grilling.
* Place on fresh-sliced tomatoes and grill.
* Use as a base for bruschetta.
* Use as a condiment for sandwiches.
