2 bunch Palak leaves(cut, boiled and blended in a liquidiser)
1 big Onion
2 medium tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 small capsicum
few cashewnuts or 2 tsp coconut powder
one tsp poppy seeds
2 green chillies
Jeera(cumin) for tadka
pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
oil for shallow fry

Method :
Boil onions,tomatoes,ginger,capsicum and then blend all in a mixture adding green chillies,coconut powder or cashews
Now put oil in a pan.Do the tadka of jeera and add all the mixed vegetables.allow them to shallow fry until the oil separated.Put mashed palak and stir for 2 mins.Finally add pepper powder and salt to taste.
