Ingredients:250
gms mushrooms
2-3 tbsp cream
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp cashews
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garam masala
4 green chilies, chopped
1 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsp oil |

Method:
- Boil the mushrooms in salt water for few minutes.
- Mix poppy seeds, cashews and grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, chili
powder, turmeric, chopped green chilies, cashews-poppy seeds paste, salt and stir well.
Fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add boiled mushrooms. When the pieces are tender, add garam masala and cream. Mix
well, cook for few more minutes and remove.
- Serve hot with any pulao or chapathies.
