Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt
1 cup cucumber, chopped
A pinch of salt
1 green chili, chopped
Coriander leaves to decorate

Cucumber Raita

Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, green chili, salt and mix well.
  2. To this, add chopped cucumber and mix.
  3. Garnish it with coriander leaves and its ready to be served.
  4. Serve with any pulao or fried rice.
    Serves: 2-4
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
