Ingredients:

1 cup boondi
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
A pinch of salt
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Boondi Raita

Method:
  1. To a cup of yogurt add pepper, salt, chili powder and mix.
  2. Add the boondi and mix it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Always prepare the raita when its ready to be served. Or else the boondi will get soaked in the yogurt and will not taste very good.
    Serves: 4
