Ingredients:1
cup boondi
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
A pinch of salt
Coriander leaves for garnishing |

Method:
- To a cup of yogurt add pepper, salt, chili powder and mix.
- Add the boondi and mix it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Always prepare the raita when its ready to be served. Or else the boondi will get soaked
in the yogurt and will not taste very good.
