Ingredients:

100 gms boondi
500 gms curd (yogurt)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
2-3 sprigs coriander leaves

Method:
  1. Pour the curd in a bowl and beat well by adding salt.
  2. Add the boondi in water for few seconds to soak. Remove and add in the beaten curd.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder, chili powder and mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
