Ingredients:

1 bunch spinach, finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp Bengal gram
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 crushed red chilies
1/4 tsp turmeric
1-2 sprigs of curry leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste

Spinach Fry

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mustard and cumin seeds until they pop.
  2. Add Bengal gram, red chilies, curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes. Also add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 more minutes.
  3. Now add chopped spinach, salt and fry until it is done. Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
    Serves 4
