Ingredients:

500g wheat flour
300g ghee or butter
250g sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
100g chopped dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, chironji & raisins)

Sonth Ke Laddoo

Method:
  1. Fry wheat flour in the ghee in a pan. Fry to a light brown on a medium to low flame.
  2. Prepare a 2-string syrup with sugar & water.
  3. Mix together all ingredients.
  4. Prepare round laddoos out of the mixture.
