Ingredients:

400g condensed milk (or 1 tin)
300g grated cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped almonds and pistas
2 silver sheets

Quick & Easy Burfi

Method:
  1. Mix condensed milk and cottage cheese in a pan and cook on a medium flame stirring continuously.
  2. When the mixture starts thickening, reduce the flame.
  3. When it leaves the sides of the pan and is semi-solid, remove from the fire and spread it on a greased tray.
  4. Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dry fruits on the mixture.
  5. Decorate with silver sheets and cut into desired shapes.
