| Ingredients: 100g pista
75g powdered sugar
4 drops rose essence
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 silver sheet for decoration |

Method:
Soak pista in water for 30 minutes. Drain water and grind to a fine paste.
Mix the pista and sugar well. Cook in a pan on a slow flame and keep stirring for 7-8
minutes.
When the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire and mix in
the essence.
Transfer the mixture onto a greased rolling pan, sprinkle cardamom powder and press the
silver sheet over it.
Cut them into diamond shaped pieces.
