Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups ghee or butter

Method:
  1. Mix 1 cup of water to sugar and make a thick syrup.
  2. To this, add gram flour and stir continuously.
  3. Then add ghee and stir well until bubbles form in the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and let it cool for some time.
  5. Cut them into desired shapes.
