Ingredients:

400 gms sweetened condensed milk
3 cups gram flour (besan)
5 tbsps pistachios or almonds (badam), chopped
1 cup ghee or butter
2 tbsps milk

Method:
  1. Mix the milk and besan well and keep for about half an hour.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the besan on slow flame for 12 minutes.
  3. Add the condensed milk and cook with constant stirring for 15 minutes till the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from fire and place in a greased plate and garnish with the dry fruits.
  5. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
    Preparation time: 25-30 minutes
