Ingredients:

300g sugar
3/4 cup water
250g desiccated coconut
2-3 silver sheets
1/3 tsp cardamom powder

Kopra Pak

Method:
  1. Boil the sugar and water. Prepare sugar syrup and add the coconut immediately.
  2. Mix well and spread it out evenly on a greased surface.
  3. Decorate with silver sheets and cardamom powder. Cut into diamond shaped pieces.
