Ingredients:

2 cups carnation milk powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 pint more or less whipping cream
2 tsp ghee or butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Ghee(butter) for frying

Kaala Jamun

Method:
  1. Boil water along with sugar and prepare syrup. When done, keep aside.
  2. Mix milk powder, bisquick or all-purpose flour, ghee. Make a soft dough by adding whipping cream.
  3. Make round balls and fry them in ghee until dark brown in color. For the flavor, we can keep chironji & saffron in the middle of the ball and then fry.
  4. Transfer the fried balls to the sugar syrup and refrigerate.
  5. Garnish with coconut powder if desired.
