Ingredients:
200 gms sweetened condensed milk
250 gms fig or anjeer, chopped
1/2 litre milk, boiled
2 tbsp. ghee or butter
Fig Halwa
Method:
Soak the figs in the milk for 1 hour. Grind it into a paste. Keep aside.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the condensed milk, fig paste and stir continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Serve hot garnished with silver leaf and cashews.
