Ingredients:

200 gms sweetened condensed milk
250 gms fig or anjeer, chopped
1/2 litre milk, boiled
2 tbsp. ghee or butter

Method:
  1. Soak the figs in the milk for 1 hour. Grind it into a paste. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the condensed milk, fig paste and stir continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. Serve hot garnished with silver leaf and cashews.
    Preparation time: 25 minutes
