| Ingredients: 2 tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
6 garlic flakes, chopped
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp oil
1 cube grated cheese
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste |

Method:
Keep tomatoes in hot water for 5 minutes, remove and cool for a minute. Peel off the
skin, cut into half, remove the seeds and chop into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, fry onions, green chilies, garlic until golden brown.
Also add tomato pieces, chili powder and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat
and allow to cool.
Blend these fried ingredients with salt, yogurt, cream, and cheese to a smooth paste.
Serve chilled with wedges of toast.
