| Ingredients: 4 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp butter or oil
2 onions, chopped
10 garlic flakes
5 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste |
Chili Hot Red Sauce

Method:
Make a paste of onions and garlic. Heat butter in a pan and saute the paste.
When almost cooked, add basil, vinegar, sugar, salt, red chili powder, garam masala and
saute for a minute more.
Add tomato juice and now cook till the gravy thickens.
Serve with cutlets while hot.
