Ingredients:

50g apricots, de seeded
1 1/2 cups water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp corn flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter

Apricot Sauce

Method:
  1. Soak the apricots in hot water for 1 hour. Then churn the apricots in the blender and prepare a pulp.
  2. Add sugar, butter, corn flour to the pulp and mix. Cook on a low heat stirring continuously.
  3. When it thickens, remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  4. Serve hot.
