| Ingredients: 50gms
all-purpose flour
500gms fish (deboned)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 cup vegetable oil
100gms vermicelli
1 1/4 cup cheese (grated)
1 tbsp red chili paste
Salt to taste |
Vermicelli Fish Pakora

Method:
- Clean and wash fish. Boil in plenty of water and drain. Mash them and keep aside
- Add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli paste, garam masala
powder and grated cheese to the mashed fish and mix well.
- Make lemon-sized balls of this mixture. Roll out these balls in flour, then beaten egg
and lastly in vermicelli.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with any sauce.
