Ingredients:

50gms all-purpose flour
500gms fish (deboned)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 cup vegetable oil
100gms vermicelli
1 1/4 cup cheese (grated)
1 tbsp red chili paste
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Clean and wash fish. Boil in plenty of water and drain. Mash them and keep aside
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli paste, garam masala powder and grated cheese to the mashed fish and mix well.
  3. Make lemon-sized balls of this mixture. Roll out these balls in flour, then beaten egg and lastly in vermicelli.
  4. Deep fry in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with any sauce.
    Serves: 4-5
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
