1 1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ajwain seeds
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili powder

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except vegetables into a fine batter and keep aside.
Cut the vegetables into desired shapes. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, dip the
vegetables in the batter and drop into the hot oil slowly.
Fry them on medium heat until golden brown in color and remove.
