Ingredients:

2 eggs
3 potatoes, boiled and cut into small pieces
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup maida (all-purpose) flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Ghee (butter) for frying

Potato Pancakes

Method:
  1. Mix the potato pieces, onions with maida, salt and pepper.
  2. Make a fine batter using water.
  3. Heat a flat pan, sprinkle some ghee on the pan and make a pancake by putting some batter in the middle.
  4. When it is crisp, turn it over and sprinkle some more ghee on the other side.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining pancakes and serve hot with any ketchup.
