1/2 kg potatoes, boiled, peeled &
mashed
1/4 kg frozen green peas
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup besan flour
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 green chilies, chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Boil the green peas slightly and add to the mashed potatoes.
To these, add all the ingredients except besan flour and oil. Mix well and make small
balls of this mixture. Keep aside.
To the besan flour, add salt and make fine batter using water.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Immerse the potato balls in the batter and drop into the
oil slowly. Fry these balls on all sides until golden brown.
