Ingredients:

200 gms mushrooms, cut into two pieces
2-3 tsp pepper powder
3-4 tbsp corn flour
3-4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp milk
2 drops of red food color
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
  1. Mix mushrooms, pepper powder, corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, red color, salt along with milk in a bowl and make a batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and drop the batter with a spoon into the oil.
  3. Deep fry the mushrooms until golden brown and serve hot with any chutney.
    Serves: 3-4
    Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
