Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup flour
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp cheese, grated
Milk as needed
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/4 tsp salt

Peanut Cheese Triangles

Method:
  1. Mix flour, butter, cheese lightly till it looks like bread crumbs, add milk, salt, caraway seeds and make tight dough.
  2. Roll dough on a polyethylene sheet to 1/2 cm thick. Try to roll out into rectangle shape and press peanuts on top evenly all over.
  3. Put dough on a greased baking sheet and cut first long strips 2" wide. Separate strips and then cut into triangles.
  4. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F then reduce to 200 degrees F. Bake again for about 20-25 minutes until light brown.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
