| Ingredients: 200 gms paneer
150 gms besan (gram flour)
1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp chili powder
A pinch of cooking soda
Oil for frying
Few coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Cut the paneer into long strips and keep aside.
- Mix besan, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, coriander leaves, cooking soda, salt in a
bowl and make a fine batter by using little water.
- Now dip the paneer pieces in this batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
Serves: 4-6
