Ingredients:

Fresh bread slices
Butter as needed
1 tsp mustard powder

Mustard Bread Rolls

Method:
  1. Remove crust from the bread slice, roll it thin with a rolling pin, spread butter generously and sprinkle mustard powder.
  2. Roll up the slice, cover with a damp cloth, and place for some time in refrigerator for the butter to become solid and stick the ends.
  3. Take out and arrange on a baking tray.
  4. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees F and then bake until golden and crisp.
  5. Repeat for the remaining bread slices and serve hot with any sauce.
