| Ingredients: Fresh bread slices
Butter as needed
1 tsp mustard powder |
Mustard Bread Rolls

Method:
Remove crust from the bread slice, roll it thin with a rolling pin, spread butter
generously and sprinkle mustard powder.
Roll up the slice, cover with a damp cloth, and place for some time in refrigerator for
the butter to become solid and stick the ends.
Take out and arrange on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees F and then bake until golden and crisp.
Repeat for the remaining bread slices and serve hot with any sauce.
