Ingredients:

1 kg jack fruit
250 gm gram dahl
2-3 onions, chopped
2-3 small pieces of ginger
3-4 garlic cloves
5 small cardamoms
5 cloves
5-6 black pepper corns
2 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp khus khus seeds
3-4 tbsp gram flour
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil for frying

Jack Fruit Cutlets

Method:
  1. Boil all the ingredients except gram flour and coriander leaves. Make a paste by blending everything in a blender.
  2. Now add gram flour, coriander leaves, salt to the above blended mixture. Make small balls from the mixture, shape each ball into flat and round cutlets.
  3. Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the cutlets.
  4. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
    Serves: 5-6
    Preparation time: 30-40 minutes
