Ingredients:

1 cup maida (all-purpose) flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup green peas
1" ginger paste
1 tbsp fennel seeds paste
4 green chilies paste
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger, chili and fennel seeds paste for 2 minutes. Then add the green peas, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  2. Grind the pea mixture in a blender to a fine paste.
  3. Mix together the flours, oil, salt and make a smooth dough.
  4. Take a small ball of dough, roll it out, place little filling in the center and close to form a pouch
  5. Roll this out and fry like puris or like parathas.
