Ingredients:

200g cooked flaked fish
150g potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced chilies
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Few bread crumbs

Fish Cutlets

Method:
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs.
  2. Then make flatten balls from the mixture, dip into beaten egg, roll on the bread crumbs and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Now deep-fry the patties on both sides in a non-stick pan with little butter or oil until brown in color.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
