| Ingredients: 3 eggs
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp milk
For filling:
1 cup minced mutton
1/2 cup green onions, minced
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp soya sauce

Method:
Beat the eggs well in a bowl until fluffy. To this add salt and mix well. Mix the flour
and milk in a bowl to make a fine batter and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients of the filling. Heat oil in a pan and fry this mixture for few
minutes or until tender. When done, remove from heat and set aside.
In another pan, heat oil and pour little egg mixture to make a thin layer. Fry on both
sides, remove from the pan and repeat for the remaining egg mixture.
Make small balls from the mutton mixture. Put one ball in each egg layer and roll. Close
the edges with corn flour and milk batter.
Fry the rolls in hot oil on both sides until golden brown in color.
